The first of 800 C-47 planes to drop 13,000 paratroopers on the beaches of Normandy on D Day, to change the course of WWII. This beauty has fully restored by volunteers and is taken here with aerial acrobatics and fireworks overhead at the EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, WI.
