Omar Castro is the leader of a local "corrida" of El Konti Lenten festivities in the Mayo-Yoreme town of Mochicahui, in the northwestern Mexican state of Sinaloa. He wears a traditional, hand-carved wooden mask of a jaguar along with a pelt, which is his totem, and carries a handmade and painted drum, as well as his cell phone.
